We all have something we cherish... something that stirs up our favorite memories. Maybe it's something that's been handed down through generations of your family... your grandmother's ring, or your grandfather's war helmet. Maybe it's your daughter's ballet slippers that she never wanted to take off, even at bedtime. Maybe it's your son's favorite stuffed animal that he carried with him everywhere, but now he's left it behind as he goes off to college. For me, it was my first "real" camera... a Minolta X-700 that my dad bought when I was 10. I don't think he knew it would end up being my camera, but I carried it all over England when we lived there. I'm so glad I still have it.
